Yoga Alliance Teacher Training

200-HR HOT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Recognized by Yoga Alliance

Namaste has partnered with the Always-At-Aum Yoga School to offer a 200-hr HOT YOGA teacher training that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

The training will include instruction on the following topics:

* Teaching Methodology
* Yoga Philosophy
* Anatomy, Physiology and Injury Management
* Human Energy and Chakra System
* Pranayama
* Meditation
* Sanskrit, Chanting and Mantras
* Ayurveda
* Other Specialty Yoga

Fridays from 6pm-9pm
Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm

Cost of Training:
       $2,800 = Full 200-hr Hot Yoga Teacher Training
       $499 = 20-hr Hot Training

The 20-hr Hot Training can be applied at a later date towards the 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training with the Always-At-Aum Yoga School.
