“The Bannister Method” is designed to increase
muscular balance, restoring mobility, strength, flexibility, core

way you need to for your particular lifestyle. It consists of a
fusion of yoga; Pilates based core work, active isolated (A-I), and

PILATES PLUS
Pilates Plus is a challenging
class that works all muscle groups. Students use
light weights, resistance bands and rings to
develop and strengthen their entire bodies. The
class consists of 30 minutes of abdominal
exercises, 15 minutes of upper body, and 15
minutes of lower body. At the end each workout,
students feel energized and invigorated. After a
few months, students begin to see results. As
Joseph Pilates, who created Pilates over 80
years ago, said, after 10 sessions you will feel
better, after 20 sessions you will look better
and after 30 sessions you will have a new body!
POWER YOGA
Power Yoga is a Vinyasa (flow) style
of yoga in which you link one movement
into the next while being conscious of
your breath. This yoga class will
help you to release the stress and
tension you store in your body while
becoming stronger and more flexible.
It will help you move past old
limitations and negative thinking.
